The Ontario Watermelon knife is a tough full tang knife designed for slicing watermelon, cantaloupe, eggplant or any other large produce. This Watermelon Knife features a 12-1/2" blade designed to give you a maximum edge to get through large produce. Overall, the Watermelon knife is 17" in overall length - of which the handle is around 5" and is made of a texture rubber to maximize grip.
